Bartender/servers will receive regular trainings as updates occur. Line Cook

Job Responsibilities:

Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations.Preparing food and cooking from scratch including our main dishes, desserts, appetizers and snacks.Plating prepared foods based on senior chef’s guidance.Washing dishes and maintaining a clean work space including all the cooking utensils and storing the equipment at the end of shifts.Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations.Using our software programs to keep track of inventory and log invoices.


  • 1 year back of the house experience required.
  • Servsafe Certifications are a plus, although we will assist in acquiring this for you if need be.

Complete closing duties, including storing all reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning all equipment and areas, returning equipment to proper locations, locking refrigerators, restocking items, turning off lights, locking doors, and completing daily cleaning checklist.
